Welcome to Beautiful Gray Sponge. I love to research about people, places, and things that shape our brains.
Connecting body, breath, and mind to movement…
Valuing the full spectrum of wellness - physically, occupationally, spiritually, socially, intellectually, emotionally, and environmentally - I am passionate about teaching yoga. Remaining curious about the human experience, being open to new ideas, and inviting fresh perspectives is my aspiration. As a licensed and insured yoga instructor (RYT-200) and member of Yoga Alliance, I have been teaching since 2014. Through sharing my practice, I am constantly seeking new ways to grow and inspire others in leading more positive and intentional lives.
Structured yet spontaneous, students are guided through a yoga flow that gently steps into poses while focusing on the breath. Poses are suitable for beginners and build on traditional yoga postures. Students hold and create space to connect to the breath and strengthen as well as lengthen the body!

“Thank you for being one of the best teachers we have met. Being in yoga has helped me learn to be more vulnerable and open-minded... I will continue to embody what you have taught me and I will strive to influence others with the positivity and energy that you bring to every class. Thank you for everything that you have done for us... I can’t express how much you have benefited me... and I can certainly say that this experience has been a memory that I will carry with me for the rest of my life, thank you Lindsey.”
“Lindsey is a genuine and insightful instructor, always leaving us with wise words to ponder and reflect on. She is a wonderful teacher who accommodates the difficulty of poses for all levels! I highly recommend her class. Your body and your mind will thank you!”
